With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kevin Dean Horn of Independence, Missouri, who passed away on October 31, 2022 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joanne Horn and Kenneth Horn. He is survived by: his wife Jackie Horn; his children, Adam Horn, Crystal Horn, Kevin Horn II and Kristina Horn; his grandchildren, Caitlyn, Kara and Lindsey; and his siblings, JoEllen Horn, Lori Mullikin, Darlena Wheeler, Kenneth Horn and Marvin Horn. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
