She was predeceased by: her husband James Richard Bailey; her parents, Ralph Finkland and Isabelle Finkland; and her sister Judy Grimes. She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Taylor (Randy), Linda Lear (Tom) and Cindy Althouse (Jim); her grandchildren, David, Jeff, Jeremy, Brent, April, Nick, Matthew, Courtney, Steve, Christopher and Nathan; and her pet Penny. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great grandchildren.
