Frances Fetters Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Fetters of Independence, Missouri, born in Deepwater, Missouri, who passed away on September 24, 2022 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Downing and Lena Downing; her brother James "Jim" Downing; her significant other Floyd "David" Fetters; her children, Donna Wiley (Russ) of Independence, Missouri and Jimmy Fetters (Karrie) of Lee's Summit, Missouri; her grandchildren, Russell Todd Wiley (Michelle), Jeremy Dean Wiley (Devin), Trista Marie Piccinini (Danny) and Zachary David Fetters; her great grandchildren, Dejah Renee Wiley, Alexis Michelle Wiley, Peyton Michelle Wiley, Finnegan Floyd Piccinini and Madelyn Mozell Hutton; and her sister-in-law Jackie Downing. She was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Family suggests memorial contributions may be made to Crossroads Hospice.
