He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kowalski and Nancy Kowalski. He is survived by: his wife Tami; his children, David Kowalski (Jessica) and Brittany Jones (Shay); his grandchildren, Chloee, Ariah, Brayden and Brody; his siblings, John Kowalski (TyEtta), Randy Kowalski, Richie Kowalski (Sheila) and Diane Mendenhall (Mike); his mother-in-law Gladys Greer; and his sister-in-law Cindi Kryzck. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and so many good friends.
