It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles C. Gulley (Independence, Missouri), born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on October 19, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth-Ellen Gulley; his parents, George Gulley and Martha Gulley; and his siblings, Martha Louise Gully, Shirley Gulley, Frederick Gulley, Albert Gulley Sr., Milton Gulley, Kenneth Gulley Sr., Theodore Gulley, Margaret Larabee, Mary Lamson and Leva Sharon.

He is survived by: his brother Richard Gulley. He is also survived by his four grandchildren and their spouses, six great grandchildren, and his many nieces and nephews.
