He is survived by: his parents, Jonathan Rethford and Kris Miller (Ken); his grandparents, Gary Hightower (Paula) and Marilyn Simmons; his sister Amanda Rethford (Anthony Collins); his stepbrothers, Adam Miller (Kristin) and Brandon Miller; his nieces, Maniya and Lavaiya; and his nephew Ja Kari. He is also survived by many other extended family and friends.
