It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anna Marie McNeil of Independence, Missouri, born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on September 24, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband James A. McNeil of Kansas City; her parents, Jack Accurso and Jennie Accurso; her sisters, Frances Accurso, Ninfa Accurso, Virginia Accurso Williams and Neva Accurso Nicholson; and her nephew Jack S. Accurso.
She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Kathleen Hood (Scott) of Leawood, KS and Allison Anne Steinbeck (Robb) of Lee's Summit, MO; her grandchildren, Alex Hood (Riley), Addison Hood, Andrew Hood, Caylee Steinbeck and Jack Steinbeck; her great grandchild Maxwell Ryan Hood; her grandparent Riley; her brother Vincent Accurso (Maria) of Kansas City; and also Alex. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to St Jude's Children's Hospital.
