He was predeceased by: his father Roy Lee Surface. He is survived by: his mother Winona Surface; his wife Christy of St. Robert; his sister Connie Wangerin of Lake Ozark; and also, John Surface, David Surface (Regina) of Cadet, Wesley Surface (Su) of Eldon and Larry Surface of Eldon. He is also survived by several nieces, nephew, family and friends.
