He was predeceased by: his uncle Mike Blankenship. He is survived by: his parents, Steve Blankenship of Iberia and Tammy Blankenship of Iberia; his siblings, Madison Bell (Cody) of Eldon, Amy Bridgeton of Lake Ozark and Christopher Blankenship of Arkansas; his grandparents, Frank Blankenship, Regina Blankenship, Howard Clark and Wanda Clark; and his significant other Audrey Eckert of Dixon. He is also survived by several nieces, aunts, uncles, relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Chase Blankenship Memorial Fund.
