He was predeceased by: his parents, J. M. "Junior" and Loraine Buckler (Beckwith); and his son Skyler Allen Buckler. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Billups; his children, Stephen Buckler of Huntsville, MO, Meghan Wallace (Josh) of Huntsville, MO and Marinda Hess (Richard) of Cairo, MO; his grandchildren, Alyssa Wisdom, Anna Hess, Richard Hess, Jr., Serenity Ivie and Emery Buckler; and his brother Sam Buckler of Huntsville. He is also survived by several nephews and great nieces and nephews; and several close longtime friends.
