He was predeceased by: his parents, David Lou and Ruth May Fox (Washam); his wife Leta Nell Grapes; and his sister-in-law Cliffa Miles. He is survived by: his children, Paul David Fox (Deborah) of Columbia, MO and Paula Gayle Fox of Huntsville, MO; and his sisters, Wilma Morgan of Huntsville, MO and Velma Ryals. He is also survived by five grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
