She was predeceased by: her father Russell Mitchell; her stepmother Nadine Mitchell; and her grandson Jerry Christopher Hess (Critter). She is survived by: her mother Ruth Mitchell of Higbee, MO; and her children, Troy Ratliff of Higbee, MO, Rusty Ratliff (Carrie) of Higbee, MO, Terri Peters of Moberly, MO and Debbie Hess (Kim) of Renick, MO. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; extended family and close friends.
