He is survived by: his wife Angela Cuddy (Ross) of DeSoto, MO; his stepchildren, Jonathan Stevens (Ann) of Bonne Terre, MO, Johnnie Stevens III of Festus, MO, Kristina Stevens of Anchorage, AK and Jennifer Stevens of Branson, MO; and his brothers, Butch Cuddy (Janice) of House Springs, MO and Ken Kuehn of Redbud, IL.
