She is survived by: her husband Daniel Shepard; her parent Gerald; her children, Matthew Shepard (Linda) of Jackson, Missouri and Amber Shepard of Branson; and her sister Frances Korteway (Marty) of Mattawan, Michigan..

Instead of flowers, the family has asked that Memorials be made to the Shepherd of the Hills Humane Society, Branson, MO in Victoria's memory.
