She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence E. "Jim" Van Hooser and Ellen "Sue" Van Hooser; and her sister Candy Sue Glore (Van Hooser). She is survived by: her husband Brent Hayes; her daughter Ashly Newlon (Nickii); her grandchildren, Gracelynn and Kendryk; her siblings, Sandy McCafferty (Randy), Jim Van Hooser and Adam Van Hooser (Sheena); her aunt Pat Tillman; her nieces, Debra Dickinson (Scott), Suzi Seely (Aaron), Dana Hutchinson (Justin), Jami Van Hooser, Bella Van Hooser and Mikayela Robbins; her nephew Shaun McCafferty; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Alex Fickbohm, Ethan Dickinson, Cooper Seely, Jacob, Jayden Hutchinson, Lili, Mabel Seely, Tara and Brooklynn Masten; and also, Alice Fickbohm and Leo Dickinson.
