He was predeceased by: his parents, John Battistoni and Elizabeth Battistoni. He is survived by: his wife Jan Battistoni; his children, Jocelin (Guy Sisto) and Jeff Battistoni; his daughter-in-law Tracey; and his son Jeremy Battistoni (Sarah).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in the name of John Battistoni to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
