He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Lewis and Anna Arlene Lewis (Miller); his siblings, Linda Kopfer and James; and his siblings-in-law, Buel Lewis and Bob Gunn.
He is survived by: his wife Ramona Lewis; his sisters, Margaret Gunn of Eufaula, Judy Hall (Richard) of Charles City and Becky Edwards (Arlo) of Goldfield, Iowa; and his half-sister Cheryl Buckalew (Mike) of Dallas Center, Iowa. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
