She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Burgner, Sr. and Peggy Burgner (Foreman); her children, Missy Dile, Earl Carbaugh and Paul Carbaugh; her sisters, Debra Locke and Tina Burgner; and her son-in-law Walter Pone, Sr..
She is survived by: her husband Tom Carbaugh of Hollister; her children, Brian Dile (Tonya) of Chambersburg and Peggy Wendle of Winston-Salem, NC; her siblings, Cindy Thayer (Danny Norman) of Winchester, VA and Theodore Burgner, Jr.; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Carpenter of Chambersburg and Pauline Peters of Chambersburg. She is also survived by five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
