He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Mann, and Teresa Mann, Sr. (Burns); and his sister Marilyn Jean Mann. He is survived by: his siblings, Stephen Mann, Barbara Kistner, Jeanette Marriott, Eileen McAsey, Elizabeth Kendzora, Richard Mann and Carol Meyers. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations in Robbie's memory be made to the Higginsville Habilitation Parents Association at 3826 South Union Street, Independence, Missouri 64055.
