Dave Combs wrote a sympathy message

“Debbie and I send our thoughts and prayers to the entire Mintner Family during this very heartfelt sad time. Things I remember most about Uncle Joe the most were holiday dinners with family, any football discussions, his dedication to education, teaching, coaching and mentoring young adults and being a Veteran. Proud of him for serving and sacrificing throughout his lifetime. ~Dave&Debbie Combs”
