He is survived by: his father Timothy Zike of Higbee, MO; his children, Jasmine Zike of Moberly, MO, Justice Zike of Moberly, MO and Chelsea Thurston of Moberly, MO; his granddaughter Ansley Baker of Moberly, MO; his siblings, Lance Zike of Higbee, MO and Kristi Stevenson of Troutman, NC; and his close friend Rachael Bartolacci. He is also survived by extended family, and many close friends.
