She is survived by: her husband Karl Voeltz of Higbee, Missouri; her daughter Syndi Voeltz of Higbee, Missouri; her brother Melvin Forrest of Moberly, Missouri; her grandchildren, Michael Voeltz, Rebecca, Elizabeth Shepherd and Karlea Gravitt; her great grandchildren, Raelynn, Jacob, Garrett and Ariel; and her nephew Tony Forrest (Jessica) of Moberly, Missouri..
