He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Cooper; his children, Melissa Rentschler, James Keith Riggs and Georgine Kipp Riggs; his grandchildren, A. J., William, Anthony, Noah, Nathan, Miles, Kaylie, Iris and Sophie; and his brother David Riggs (Kim). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
