He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Fischer and Ethel Fischer (Matthew); and his brothers, Richard and Thomas Fischer. He is survived by: his wife Henrietta Fischer (Asen) of Hermann, Missouri; his children, Charles Fischer (Teresa) of St. Charles, Missouri, Deborah Head (Kelly) of Linn, Missouri, Thomas William Fischer of Hermann, Missouri, Sharon Fischer of Morrison, Missouri and Susan Szydlowski of St. Charles, Missouri; and his siblings, John Fischer of Florida, Mary Bielfield (Jim) of Baltimore, Maryland and Margaret Delonay of Richmond, Virginia. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild.
Memorials may be given to White House Retreat or Dementia Foundation.
