He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alvin Herrmann and Bertha Herrmann; his wife Patricia Herrmann; his children, Lisa Rosenburg (Alan), Diane Shaver, Lori Wilmas and Charles E. Herrmann, Jr. (Kim); his stepchildren, Stephen Wind (Janet), Laura Ederle (James), David Wind (Rhonda), Mary Hodapp (Richard) and Gregory Wind (Kelly); his brother John Herrmann (Christa); and his son-in-law Robert Wilmas. He was also cherished by 19 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
