He was predeceased by: his parents, Gary Johnson and Diane Johnson; his sister Lisa; his uncle Dennis; and his aunt Nancy Dean.
He is survived by: his wife Anita; his sons, Cole of Harrisonville and Benny (Heather) of Harrisonville; his brothers, AJ (Amanda) of Clinton and Troy of California; his grandchildren, Isabella and Daphine; his nieces and nephews, Eliza and Decon; and his great-uncle Brodie. He is also survived by his wife, sons, grandchildren, family and his beloved dogs.
