She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Thackery and Jennie Thackery (Percy); her husband William R. Nay; her daughter Kathleen S. Venchus; and her siblings, Elmer Thackery and Velma Vecchio.
She is survived by: her son Mark Nay (Marsha). She is also survived by seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
