He is survived by: his wife Kristi; his sons, Kage and Owen; his grandparents, Larry and Susie Howland; his mother-in-law Sue Kalwei; his brother Shane Burgess; and his siblings-in-law, Kerry Uptergrove (Brant), Angela Cromes (Steve) and Tony Kalwei (Wendy).
