He is survived by: his wife Delores Proctor of Harrisonville, MO; his children, Shannon Proctor (Fran) of Harrisonville, MO, Jimmy Mickelberry (Cindy) of Harrisonville, MO, Jeffrey Mickelberry (Larena) of Garden City, MO, DeLana Traugott (Joe) of Lutz, FL and Julie Lavery (Becca) of Harrisonville, MO; his stepbrother Gene Hawkins of Tarpon Springs, FL; and his sister Sondra Maldin of Blairstown, MO. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
