He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Henry and Betty Anne Cowan (Brigham); his wife Shana Kagarice; his children, Ricky Cowan (Jaimee) of Archie, MO, Skyla Wray (Matt) of Clinton, MO and Janelle Cowan; his siblings, Donnie Cowan (Belinda), Janie Gawrys (Gene) and Patricia Palmer; and his grandchildren, Colby, Tanner, Kelcey, Ashton, Maycee, Lilley and Gavin.
