She was predeceased by: her daughter Sharon Kay Wheeler; and her siblings, Carl Wayne Neff and Glenna Stratton. She is survived by: her parents, William "Bill" and Lula Neff (Falls); her spouse Frank Junior Wheeler; her sons, Wayne Wheeler of Stet, Rick Wheeler and Patricia Wheeler of Hardin; her grandsons, Jason Wheeler (Amy) and Brian Wheeler; and her great grandchildren, Nolan, Mia, Adam, Eden and Hogan.
