With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Daniel Burgess Baker of Hannibal, Missouri, born in Russellville, Arkansas, who passed away on December 3, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Quentin Earl Baker and Carol Jean Burgess Baker. He is survived by: his wife Sheryl Haught; his sons, Brian Baker (Liz) of Marceline, MO and Brett Baker (Susan) of Cairo, MO; his grandchildren, Daniel Baker, Aryn Baker and Matthew Baker; and his sister Sara Ford of Lancaster, VA.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Hannibal Public Library for the "Raise the Roof" Campaign or for the purchase of new books.
