He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Garth Galbraith and Ella Galbraith (Zobell); his wife Cindy; his children, Mark Galbraith (Amber) of Hamilton, Seth Galbraith (Sarah) of Hamilton, Ammon Galbraith (Cyndi) of Hamilton, Jarom Galbraith (Rosie) of Hamilton, Caleb Galbraith (Erin), Jacob, Rachel Rowley (R. J.), Bekah Eivins (Ryan), Ruth Wold (Andrew) and Sarah Richardson (Bruce); and his brothers, Albert Galbraith (Betty), Layton Galbraith (Rose) and Roy Galbraith (Melanie). He was also cherished by 52 grandchildren.

“We are saddened at your loss. Wayne Galbraith is an important part of our family legacy at Adam-ondi-Ahman. My father served a mission here 35 years ago and when he was taking down an old building, he was stung by a hoard of bees. Wayne gave my father a priesthood blessing and rebuked the venom, which probably saved my father’s life. Now we are here serving and we have met with Wayne several times and have shared our appreciation for his having blessed my father all those years ago.”
