He was predeceased by: his parents, James Arthur Duty, Sr. and Vernita Moore; his daughter Davey Duty; his granddaughter Sophia Gemignani; and his siblings, Ann Runkles and Jimmy Duty.
He is survived by: his children, Ashley Duty (Jeff), Brandy Duty, April Gemignani (Ben), Natalie Bruner (Joseph), Heidi Thorne (Matt) and Zackeria Brunner; his siblings, Barbara Cregger of Florida and Clarence Ware (Della); and his grandchild Cat Heaven.
Memorials to the David Duty memorial fund to help with expenses and they may be left with the mortuary.
