She was predeceased by: her parents, Phyllis Anne Ennis Crist and William Franklin Crist; and her spouse Doctor Hugh "Sweet" Blackburn. She is survived by: her children, Emma Pearle Green, Patricia Ann Kipp, John Richard Blackburn and Kenneth Ray Blackburn. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
