He is survived by: his fiancée Paige Wilhelm; his children, Landyn and Macy; his mother Beverly Starks (Pete Martin) of Pleasant Hill; and his siblings, Justin Starks of Pleasant Hill, Steven Starks of Pleasant Hill, Luke Starks of Pleasant Hill, Tiffany McCale-Parris and Jessica McCale. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
