He is survived by: his parents, Charles Huggins and Betty Huggins (McNeill) of Raytown, MO; his wife Teri Huggins of Greenwood, MO; his brother Todd Huggins of Warrensburg, MO; his children, Chelsea Huggins of Mission, KS and Lucas Huggins of Blue Springs, MO; his stepchildren, Brent Cavener (Kimberly) of De Soto, KS, Drew Cavener of Springfield, MO and Dane Cavener of Kansas City, MO; his grandchild Kenlie Ann Huggins; and his stepgrandson Clayton Cavener.
