He is survived by: his wife Sherrill; his children, Michael, Anthony, Jonathan, Stephanie, Adam and Martin; and his grandchildren, Andrew, Heather, Ashlee, Adrienne, Jacob, Noah, Edith, Elisabeth and Rosemarie.
