He is survived by: his wife Edna Brown; his siblings, Rose Robinson, Cheryl Fisher, Sheila Fisher, Ella Mabry, Frederick Johnson (Tobey) and Abraham Brown Jr.; and his children, Ezell Ross III, Rachel Hurd, Roy J. Brown Jr., Ethel Hadnot (Corey), Ruth Brown, Abraham Brown (RaShaun), LaTanya Richardson, Tamekia Young (Preston), Chanita Major (Shawn), Willie McInnis and Felicia McInnis.
