Joyce A. Sargent Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce A. Sargent in Grandview, Missouri, who passed away on December 5, 2022 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Collin Parson and Esther Beatrice Hill Parson; and her sibling Willie C Moore. She is survived by: her children, Irika Ashton Sargent (Dorian Orr) of Chicago, IL and Brian James Sargent (Divya Vasudevan) of North Haven, CT.; her husband James Bernell Sargent; her stepchildren, Michael James Sargent of Auburn, ME and KaTonya Kindle of Morrilton, AR; her grandchildren, Miryam Neelam Vasudevan-Sargent, Aria Vivian Orr and Jordan Robertson; her pet Kingsley Alexander Sargent Orr; her uncle Lee Minus Parson (Joanie Parson) of Cleveland, OH; her niece Brinetta Carlton (Al Carlton); and her nephew Eldridge Moore, Jr.. She is also survived by three great-nieces, and many cousins, and friends.
