He is survived by: his children, Mercy Hospital, Nicole Horton, Michael Woodfork and George Derrell Woodfork; his siblings, Calvin Woodfork (Mary), Mary Jones, Olivia Bradley (London M. Bradley), Georgia, Clemmie Woodfork Jr. and Jerry D. Woodfork Sr. (Thelma); his sister-in-law Doris Woodfork; and his aunt Naomi Woodfork. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, and a host of relatives and friends.
