It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alvin Jess Palmer of Grandview, Missouri, who passed away on April 19, 2021, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer L. Palmer and Evalina Palmer (Grefe); and his brother William "Bill" Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his siblings, Jerry Palmer (Marieta), Shirley Depew (John) and Betty Rhoads (Ed); and his children, Charity Taylor (Matt), William Palmer (Karisa), Jeremy Palmer (Christian), Karalea Brown (Houston), Micah Palmer (Allison), Jennifer Nourie and Amanda Hoskins. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions in Alvin's memory be made to the American Diabetes Association or National Kidney Foundation of Kansas and Western Missouri.
