He was predeceased by: his father Allen Moore; and his stepfather Thomas Longueuil. He is survived by: his aunts, Ruth Evans and Anita Knowles; his mother Joyce Longueuil (Knowles); and his siblings, Robert Moore (Cathy), Tina Bingham (Karl) and Tiffany Hill (Brian).

Memorial contributions can be made to the Charity of Choice.
