She is survived by: her parents, Michael Lee Forrest Jr. (Katrina Lewis) of Blue Springs and Jamie Carole Patterson of Edmond, OK; her siblings, Danielle Leeann Forrest, Zoe Carletta Forrest, Marilyn Jane Forrest, Marlo Elaine Soldi and Parker William Soldi; her grandparents, Candy Perdue Purcell of Warsaw, MO, Kimberly Dawn McIntire of Kansas City, MO and William Irvin Patterson (Debbie) of Blue Springs, Maternal; and her great-grandparents, Ron and Brenda McIntire of Lake Tapawingo. She is also survived by family members and friends.
