She was predeceased by: her grandfather Edward Sullivan. She is survived by: her mother Jennifer Sullivan (Dan Cassidy); her brothers, Stephen Sullivan and Brady Fern; and her grandparents, Donnie Sullivan, Frank, Debbie Mance, Jim, Theresa Cassidy, Mary Fern and Sheryl Sullivan. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri.
