He is survived by: his wife Olinda Jean West (Hocker) of Grove; his stepsons, Karl Wayne Beistline of Grove, Oklahoma and Michael Ray Beistline (Jill) of Grove, Oklahoma; and his daughters, Renee Ann Hodge (Lenny) of Rogers and Holly Jean Chaney (Michael) of Fayetteville, Arkansas.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, five great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
