He is survived by: his mother Carol Jean Christopher; his wife Rebecca Phillips; his children, Ronnie Phillips Jr., Cierra Mitchell, Kayley Worthington, Clinton Worthington and Ashley Worthington; his granddaughters, Reagan Phillips, Lailah Butler and Ava Perez-Settgast; and his siblings, Mike Davis, Robert Phillips, James Phillips, Frank McKay, Tom McKay, Bonnie Hill, Sandy Lore and Brenda Crawford.
