He was predeceased by: his parents, Sue McIntosh and D. E. McGinley; his nephew DeWayne Graham; and his grandparents, D. D., Pearl McGinley, Lee McIntosh and Essie Dowdy.
He is survived by: his wife Gina Fisher; his daughters, Nikki Barnes (Lee), Erica McGinley of Manchester, TN and Tiffany McGinley of Gideon, MO.; his grandchildren, Kole McGinley (Lori), Kaden Traughber (Kristen), Madison McGinley (Mollie Penrod) and Gunner (Maverick McGinley); his great grandchildren, Dylan, Weston McGinley of Piggott, AR and Isaac Traughber of Van Duser, MO.; and his siblings, Donna McGinley of Gideon, MO, Dennis McGinley, Francis of Clarkton, Kenny McGinley and Marenda of Portageville, MO.. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
