She was predeceased by: her parents, John and Dorothy; her sister Maxine; and her children, Andy and Wendy (Harold "Hank" Barnett).
She is survived by: her children, Mike, Pat, Karen (Johnny), David (Chris), Debbie, Paul and John; her grandchildren, Misty (John), Jake, Luke (Tiffany), Carly (Dustin), Jack, Kelsee (Austin), Sara, Danny (Sam), Ali and Ryan; her great grandchildren, Addi, Dray, Dax of Smith, LJ, Charlee, Paislee, Houston, Dawson and Hank; and her husband Hank Barnett.
