He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Dawn Lewis; his parent Peggy Lee Lewis of Pleasant Hill, Missouri; his children, Kyle Lewis (Rhonda) of Park Rapids, Dakota Lewis of Garden City, Missouri, Mariah Lewis of Harrisonville and Cheyenne Lewis of Garden City, Missouri; and his brothers, Tommy Lewis of Holden, J. D. Hinkle of Clinton, Missouri and Preston Stackhouse of Clinton, Missouri. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends.
